Our Purpose
The purpose of Back On Track Housing is to focus on the needs of each individual. We work in partnership with other organisations ensuring that the well-being of the young person is paramount. Primarily Back On Track Housing Offers a holistic approach to childcare in an effort to redress the imbalance that some children face in the care system due to discrimination, racism and negative stereotyping of sexuality, which is, unfortunately, a reality for many young people looked after today.

A little About Us
Back On Track Housing, is an independent organisation providing a resource for those aged between 16 and 24 years old. Our organisation works with those who are working towards independence; and are preparing to make the transition from leaving the care of the local authority to living independently as young adults. Back on Track Housing accepts young people from diverse religious, cultural, ethnic and sexuality backgrounds including young people from the “Unaccompanied Minors” and those of “Refugee” status.
Our Environment
Back on Track Housing offers a
sensitive environment that enables the young person to re-address issues pertinent to their specific needs whether this is “Low”, “Medium” or “High”. This may then help them live appropriately in the community.
